rescheduling is always welcome. life is non-linear. i get it. deposits r non-refundable in all cases. they r not payment, they r intention. a declaration that U r serious. if U were not, that is simply the cost of uncertainty.

what the deposit means:

it is non-refundable. not out of coldness — but out of truth. my preparation begins the moment U commit. i clear space, i clear time, i clear myself — 4 U. that clearing has already occurred whether U arrive or not. in the event of rescheduling with sufficient notice (48 hrs+), Ur deposit travels with U — applied n full 2 our next appointed meeting. i am not here 2 take from U. only 2 receive what is freely given.
